Two days before your arrival, our concierge team will reach out via email with directions, parking information, and any special arrangements you have requested.

Check-In at Reception
Upon arrival at the resort, please proceed to our main reception. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Our staff will guide you through the resort amenities and escort you to your room.

Express Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. You may use our express check-out service by leaving your key card at reception. A final invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Parking
Complimentary parking is provided for all guests. Each reservation includes one designated parking space within the resort grounds.
Additional parking is available for extra vehicles at a daily rate. Please inform reception in advance if you require more than one space.
Valet parking service is available upon request. Our team will park and retrieve your vehicle for your convenience.

The resort is located 10 minutes walk from the main beach promenade. Follow the coastal pathway south from the town center.
By Car
From the city center: approximately 30 minutes via the Coastal Expressway. From the southern coast: 45 minutes via the A2 highway.
By Shinkansen
The nearest railway station is Tropical Bay Central, approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the resort.
From Airport
From the International Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car. Complimentary airport shuttle is available for guests — please book at least 24 hours in advance through our concierge service.

Yes, we offer a complimentary airport shuttle service for all guests. Please book at least 24 hours before arrival by contacting our concierge team by email or phone.
Small pets under 10kg are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms, including the Premium Suite and Private Villa. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay applies. Please let us know at the time of booking.
The resort has two dining venues:
• The Terrace — our signature fine dining restaurant serving international cuisine (dinner, 6:30 PM–10:00 PM)
• The Garden Café — casual all-day dining with breakfast, lunch, and light bites
Room service is available 24/7.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
