Two days before your arrival, our concierge team will email you with directions, parking information, and details regarding any special arrangements you have requested.

Front Desk Check-In
Upon arrival at the resort, please proceed to the main reception. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Our staff will introduce you to the resort amenities and escort you to your room.

Express Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. You may use our express check-out service by leaving your key card at the front desk. Your final statement will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Parking
Complimentary parking is provided for all guests. Each reservation includes one designated parking space within the resort grounds.
Parking for additional vehicles is available at a daily rate. Please notify the front desk in advance if you require more than one parking space.
Valet parking service is available upon request. Our staff will park and retrieve your vehicle.

The resort is a 10-minute walk from the main beachfront promenade. From the town center, follow the coastal path heading south.
By Car
From the town center: approximately 30 minutes via the Coastal Expressway. From the south coast: 45 minutes via the A2 highway.
By Shinkansen
The nearest railway station is Tropical Bay Central Station, approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the resort.
From Airport
From the international airport: approximately 25 minutes by car. A complimentary airport shuttle is available for all guests. Please book through our concierge service at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes, we offer a complimentary airport shuttle service for all guests. Please book with our concierge team at least 24 hours before your arrival by email or phone.
Small pets (under 10 kg) are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms, including the Premium Suite and Private Villa categories. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay applies. Please inform us at the time of booking.
The resort has two dining facilities:
• The Terrace — our signature fine dining restaurant serving international cuisine (dinner service, 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
• The Garden Café — casual all-day dining offering breakfast, lunch, and light snacks
24-hour room service is available for in-room dining.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
